Continuum 2022
Disha presents Continuum, CMR National Public School’s socio-cultural fest, which took place from 16th to 19th August 2022, bringing about 18 events and 4 days of food, enthusiastic participation, and endless fun.
What started as an idea a couple of months ago, took shape into an event the entire school is proud of due to the efforts of the student core team along with the guidance of the management.
Over the past week, we hosted multiple schools, to events ranging from Fashion and Photography to Dance and Debate. All of our event heads and volunteers put their best foot forward when it came to planning and executing their tasks. Our fest, Continuum, brought together tales that relate to the past, present, and future, giving the participants a chance to dictate how it unfolds. It was truly a sight to behold as multiple teams battled it out and put up several amazing performances hence enrapturing the audience.
In addition to the plethora of talent that was on display, we had a variety of food trucks and stalls that served appetizing food like churros, momos, burgers, cupcakes, and more. Our school’s very own bless club set up a stall whose proceeds will be donated to help the blind.
This event was a rollercoaster of emotions, on one end we had an endless amount of work and tasks to handle. But on the other hand, we had the opportunity to see all the tiny details culminate into this massive event. And that makes this entire experience bittersweet. Sweet because we are happy with the way all our efforts paid off and bitter because months of working with each other towards the same goal will now come to an end.
Regardless, I believe I speak on behalf of everyone when I say the past week has been extremely memorable and one we’ll cherish down the lanes.
Continuum has been a beautiful journey and we are all proud to have played our parts. But, now as it has come to an end, we have learned more and made memories that will last a lifetime.
